About this PTF:

iSeries Changes:

** Message monitor was causing error when checking for existence of 
   user index.  This has been corrected.
** Message monitor would repeat (continuously) messages that were issued
   at the exact same time to the same message queue.  Corrected.
** Removed Library analyser from Snapshot/TSC start-up process
** Removed file record purge from Snapshot/TSC start-up process
** Improved and corrected Delta calculations for SNP160, SNP180, SNP185
** Corrected Disk totals	
** Corrected CPU totals for sub-system breakdown
** Added a further check of library existence after internal list
** Improved catch-up processing speed and reduced bandwith usage


PC Changes:

** Disk: Fixed bug where it would ignore some of the physical disks, giving wrong values
** TOPX: Can now select current job name when selecting data sources
** SUBSYSTEM: Can now select current subsystem name when selecting data sources
** LIBRARYSTATS: Fixed bug where the previous value was not updating correctly.
** Msg Monitor: Various changes for DBCS
** USERPOOLS: Fixed bug where it wouldn't show user pools correctly

PC Installation
***************

Run SnapshotTSCUpdate.exe from the PC directory, and follow the prompts.  


iSeries Installation
********************

SNAPSHOT/TSC PTF 10.02 is provided as a savefile (SNPSYSPTF)
containing the programs and objects resolving errors.


Installation steps
******************

   1.  Copy the supplied PTF file (SNPSYSPTF) to a directory on your PC.

       For example, copy the file to C:\TEMP.

   2.  Create a savefile on the AS/400:

	CRTSAVF QGPL/savefilename

      	For example, 'CRTSAVF QGPL/SNPSYSPTF'

   3.  From the PC, start an FTP session and sign on to the AS/400. Transfer
       the file in Binary mode:

	C:\temp> FTP <myas400>
	ftp> Username?
	ftp> Password?
	ftp> Binary
	ftp> put SNPSYSPTF QGPL/SNPSYSPTF

   4.  From the AS/400, restore the saved library from the savefile directly
        into the Snapshot system library:
                                                          
	  RSTLIB SAVLIB(SNPSYSPTF) DEV(*SAVF) SAVF(QGPL/SNPSYSPTF) MBROPT(*ALL) +
	    ALWOBJDIF(*ALL) RSTLIB(SNAPSHOT)                                                      
                                                           
   5.  A message will be displayed on completion:

	 22 objects restored from SNPSYSPTF to SNAPSHOT.
                                               
   6.  Delete the save file

	DLTF QGPL/savefilename

	For example, 'DLTF QGPL/SNPSYSPTF'
